Job Summary
In this pivotal role as Senior Legal Project Manager – Client Strategy, you'll take ownership of a client retainer account exceeding $60 million, delivering clear financial reporting and driving strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include optimizing processes across legal teams, managing client onboarding, and overseeing weekly and quarterly reporting tasks. You will collaborate closely with senior managers and partners, facilitate relationships, identify opportunities for efficiency, and provide targeted training and mentoring. Essential skills include strong project management experience, analytical skills, proficiency in project management software, and a commercial outlook.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as an LPM or Senior PMO experience
- Advanced knowledge of project and account management processes
- Experience of client facing project management
- Demonstrable track record of championing and delivering change
- Large firm consultative experience is preferable
- Experience with scoping, budgeting, project planning, workflow management, post-matter reviews
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to produce engaging, concise and timely management advice
- Technical skills: advanced Excel and PowerBI or comparable BI software
- Deep knowledge of law firm management metrics
- Project management qualification (Prince2, APM, etc.) is desirable
