Job Summary
Senior Legal Operations Manager to build, manage, and continually improve the in-house Legal team's operational infrastructure. Own the legal technology stack end-to-end, including CLM administration for LinkSquares, AI tool configuration, and process automation. Serve as the primary operational partner to the commercial legal function, driving scalable workflows, governance, dashboards, and data integrity. Expected to lead cross-functional projects with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Sales Operations, deliver measurable improvements in contract operations, and enable attorneys to focus on high-value work through automation and self-service.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in legal operations at a technology, data, or life sciences company
- Hands-on, demonstrated experience administering LinkSquares CLM or similar, including workflow design and configuration, template management, troubleshooting, and user administration
- Demonstrated experience configuring and administering AI tools for a legal team, including Claude Cowork or comparable AI productivity platforms
- Strong technical acumen and ability to learn new tools quickly, configure platforms with minimal external support, and translate legal team needs into system solutions
- Proven track record of independently owning complex legal operations initiatives from scoping through execution with minimal oversight
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills to implement structural solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to produce documentation and training materials
- Strong project management skills with cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Expectations of AI use in daily workflows and automated processes
