Job Summary
Act as a thought partner to top-tier legal clients, building trusted relationships and identifying high-value opportunities to scale their use of Legora. Take full ownership of client relationships by running pilots, managing onboarding, and guiding full-firm adoption across major law firms and corporate legal departments. Serve as the voice of the user inside Legora, sharing insights that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. Deliver clear, confident product demos and training while documenting best practices and contributing to scalable playbooks. Help clients navigate the shift to AI by evaluating ROI and mapping technology impact across different practice areas. This role blends legal ops, product specialization, and solutions architecture to drive adoption for our 1,000+ customers.
