Job Summary
Act as a thought partner to top-tier legal teams, building trusted relationships and identifying high-value opportunities to scale Legora usage. Own the full client lifecycle from running pilots and onboarding new users to guiding full-firm adoption across major law firms and corporate legal departments. Serve as the voice of the user inside the product, sharing insights that directly inform development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. Deliver clear product demos and training while documenting best practices to shape global playbooks. Help clients navigate the shift to AI by evaluating ROI and mapping technology impacts across practice areas. Translate technical concepts between lawyers and engineers to drive adoption and improve existing processes.
Required Qualifications
