Senior Legal Counsel

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate the legal workstream for domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and strategic investments. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements such as joint venture arrangements, technology agreements, and procurement contracts. Advise on financing transactions like bond issuances and credit facilities while overseeing litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters across the Group. Manage external counsel and support the Head Group Legal in Board of Directors matters, Annual General Meetings, and the review of the Annual and Non-Financial Reports. Requires a Master of Law degree with Swiss Bar admission and 5+ years of post-qualification experience in M&A and Swiss corporate law. Based in Winterthur, this role reports directly to the Head Group Legal within a global, publicly listed industrial company.

Desired Qualifications
- Ideally gained in a leading law firm and/or the legal department of an international industrial company
- Exposure to antitrust and sanction law
- Capital markets and stock exchange regulations
