Job Summary

Lead legal partner for the International Neuroscience & Gene Therapies Therapeutic Area, providing strategic guidance to commercial, medical, and development teams. Identify, assess, and mitigate legal, regulatory, and compliance risks across key business activities while leading drafting, negotiation, and management of complex research, development, and commercial agreements. Support business development, alliance management, and product launch strategies by enabling compliant promotional, medical, and investor communications. Collaborate with global, regional, and country legal colleagues to ensure coordinated support, build organizational capability through training and knowledge sharing, and drive innovation through novel business approaches. This role requires a law degree with bar admission, significant post-qualification experience in healthcare or top-tier law firms, and fluency in English.
