Job Summary
Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d) for Digital Topics within AUMOVIO's global Commercial Law team. Responsible for worldwide legal advisory in Wirtschaftsrecht, Vertragsrecht and Digitalisierung, including Digital Law topics (IT-Recht, Cloud-Services, KI-Regulierung, digitale Plattformen), questions around autonomous driving, contract drafting/ review (Software-Licenses, SaaS, IT-Projekte, Open Source), support of digitization projects, and general corporate matters. Interfaces with IT, IP, Cyber Security, Data Protection, and Procurement; supports international projects and potential M&A in digital space. Requires extensive experience in a corporate legal department or international law firm, strong IT/Digital Law expertise, fluency in German and English, ability to present complex issues clearly, and strong advisory and communication skills.
