Required Qualifications
- Licensed member of a Canadian Law Society (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience primarily gained at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house counsel
- Expertise in leading M&A transactions
- Superior drafting and negotiation abilities
- Strong communication skills
