Job Summary
Senior Legal Counsel to provide commercially focused legal advice across contracts, governance and M&A for Hewitt’s global supply chain operations. Brisbane-based, two positions available, full-time permanent. Collaborate with senior stakeholders internationally to mitigate risk, support decision-making and enable business growth. Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts; manage disputes balancing legal risk, cost and business outcomes; support governance, compliance and strategic initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders across geographies, bring strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, and contribute to strategic initiatives while ensuring robust governance in a fast-paced global environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current Australian practising certificate (or eligibility) and/or licensed to practise in one or more US jurisdictions
