Job Summary
Senior Legal Counsel to provide end-to-end legal support for operations in Pakistan and other jurisdictions. Advises on civil, commercial, consumer, competition, marketing/advertising, ride-hailing licensing, fintech, and digital law matters; reviews contracts and policies and assists in claims resolution; reviews and approves advertising and promotional activities for regulatory compliance; monitors upcoming regulations and analyzes regulatory impact; ensures compliance with local laws and internal standards; collaborates with cross-functional teams on regional and global projects. Strong emphasis on IT/tech-related legal matters, international exposure, and excellent communication skills in English.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an in-house counsel or in a law firm supporting IT or tech companies
- Experience in civil, commercial, consumer, and media/advertising law
- Familiarity with fintech and digital platforms regulation is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in English (C1–C2 or equivalent); local language proficiency required
