Job Summary

Lead the annual Legal & Compliance risk assessment, including planning and implementation oversight across all Booking Holdings brands. Partner with stakeholders on continuous process enhancements to leverage risk assessment results for compliance program development. Provide practical advice to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulations covering Anti-Bribery, Conflicts of Interest, Gifts and Entertainment, and Third Party Risk Management. Develop, implement, and update compliance policies while utilizing AI and new technologies to drive innovation. Translate requirements into effective training initiatives and prepare reports for senior management. This role involves collaborating globally to drive a unified culture of integrity and reports directly to the Director, Compliance & Ethics Counsel.

Required Qualifications

  • J.D. degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant legal or compliance experience
  • top law firm experience
  • Subject matter expertise in core compliance and ethics areas, including anti-bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment, and third-party risk management
  • Experience translating legal and regulatory requirements into practical advice
