Job Summary
Senior Legal Counsel for Germany and Austria responsible for providing advice across commercial, corporate, regulatory compliance, data protection, IP/IT and e-commerce matters. Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts; support M&A, financing topics and corporate governance where relevant; manage legal projects end-to-end; collaborate with internal teams and external counsel; leverage AI/tools in legal work; operate in a market-facing capacity with visibility across two jurisdictions.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Law (bar exam preferred)
- 5+ years of legal experience
- Strong experience in commercial law, contract law and regulatory compliance
- Solid understanding of German and Austrian law
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple topics
- Proactive mindset and willingness to build new things
- Fluent English and German
