Job Summary
Senior legal counsel role in London (hybrid) supporting euNetworks across the UK and Europe. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex customer agreements for telecommunications and network infrastructure, negotiating supplier agreements, advising on legal risk and dispute management, coordinating external counsel across jurisdictions, supporting corporate transactions and strategic initiatives, advancing contract standards and risk management, and guiding regulatory and compliance matters. Requires qualified lawyer in England & Wales with roughly 6–8 years post-qualification experience; strong track record in commercial agreements with multinational customers and strategic suppliers; experience in infrastructure deployment, construction and network build projects; familiarity with telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and network services; and excellent stakeholder management and pragmatic, solution-driven thinking. Advantageous: data protection IT security competition law corporate governance; additional European language skills. Required Qualifications
- Qualified as a lawyer in England & Wales
- 6 – 8 years’ post-qualification experience

- strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
