Job Summary
Senior Legal Counsel for an international CRO responsible for strategic and operational legal support across the organization. Lead development and implementation of legal strategies, governance frameworks, risk assessment and mitigation, contract drafting/review/negotiation, dispute management, regulatory liaison, and cross-functional leadership. Mentor junior team members, monitor regulatory developments, and support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic transactions. Requires a law degree (LL.B./JD) and active admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction; 8+ years in a senior legal role; Life Sciences experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent law degree
- Admission to practice law in at least one relevant jurisdiction
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior legal role within an international corporate environment; Life Sciences industry experience preferred
