Job Summary
Senior Legal Counsel for BESIX Power focusing on drafting and negotiating a wide range of contractual documentation for renewable energy projects, including confidentiality agreements, LOIs, NDAs, term sheets, MOUs, partnership and joint venture agreements, EPC and O&M contracts, procurement contracts, PPA, land agreements, and various financing agreements; coordinating with project teams and external law firms; handling due diligences, project and acquisition financing, and responses to tenders; setting up partnerships with corporate documentation and ensuring compliance with BESIX Group policies; English proficiency required; experience in cross-border project management and energy/infrastructure sectors; strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills; team-oriented, proactive, and detail-driven; commitment to sustainable and inclusive business practices.
Required Qualifications
