Job Summary
Senior Legal Counsel responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation across the Dutton Automotive Group in commercial litigation, with emphasis on consumer law and product liability matters. Manage disputes independently across business units, participate in mediations and conciliations, appear at tribunals such as VCAT, and contribute to regulatory compliance, records management, and stakeholder engagement. Proven experience in automotive industry matters, strong litigation background, and ability to run matters with minimal supervision; expected skills include drafting, negotiation, and advocacy.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Law and current practising certificate in Australia.
