Senior Legal Counsel

Senior Legal Counsel in-house role providing practical legal guidance across corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, employment law, privacy and data governance, and strategic growth. Responsibilities include advising on corporate governance, structuring, mandates, and best practices; supporting committee meetings; developing policies and governance frameworks; drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including client engagements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreements; ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements; identifying and mitigating legal and operational risks; advising on independence, conflicts of interest, and ethical obligations; managing client disputes and coordinating with external counsel; overseeing litigation and investigations; providing guidance on data privacy and information governance; advising on employment law matters; supporting mergers and acquisitions and due diligence; advising on new service offerings and client engagement models; developing internal legal processes and documentation; ability to work flexibly in full-time or part-time arrangements.
