Job Summary
Oversee entity lifecycle management, corporate secretarial matters, and board support across European subsidiaries while drafting intercompany agreements and supporting internal group reorganizations. Provide ongoing legal counsel to internal business units on corporate law matters and lead the full M&A lifecycle, including strategic deal preparation, drafting LOIs, performing legal due diligence, and negotiating transactional documentation with rigorous risk protection. Architect legal integration plans for acquired businesses, ensure harmonized post-close entity governance, and direct outside counsel globally to manage engagement, budgets, and deliverables. Fluent in English with professional German proficiency required. Located in Hamburg or Berlin.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of PQE specializing in both Corporate law and M&A
- Fluent in English
- Professional proficiency in German
- Strong project management capability
