Job Summary
As a Senior Legal Counsel for Corporate Law and Strategic Projects, you will actively shape legal structures within the company, providing legal support for management and supervisory board topics, while evaluating business models in relation to legal and economic frameworks. You will be responsible for overseeing legal aspects of internationalization and organizational development projects, working closely with internal departments and stakeholders. A law degree and extensive experience in corporate law, particularly M&A and financing, along with strong communication skills in German and English, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Completed law degree with above-average exam results
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Solid knowledge of corporate law and related fields such as M&A and finance
- Strong understanding of entrepreneurial contexts
- Excellent communication skills
- Structured and responsible working style
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of labor law is a plus
- Fluency in German and English
