Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial

Senior in-house Legal Counsel – Commercial based in London. Responsibilities include structuring, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements (marketing, technology, and licences); serving as lead counsel to advise business clients on strategic deals; assessing and mitigating legal, regulatory and commercial risks; advising on product launches and commercial implications of contractual obligations; reviewing customer-facing terms and conditions; handling pre-litigation disputes; mentoring junior team members; monitoring legislation to maintain up-to-date inventories of legal obligations; building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across tax, finance, IP, procurement, technology and marketing; and coordinating with external counsel. Requires England & Wales or Gibraltar-qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE; strong contract drafting and negotiation abilities; ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams; and hybrid-working in London.
