Job Summary
Own third-party contracts for payment processors and tech vendors, ensuring rapid execution without compromising standards. Advance the Luminance AI contract review tool by building smarter workflows that increase volume and speed. Provide leadership with real-time third-party risk assessments to inform data-driven decisions across product launches and market expansions. This role requires a Master's in Law with strong financial services experience, proficiency in GDPR, PSD2, and DORA, and conversational Dutch (B1+). Candidates must demonstrate high-volume contract negotiation skills and the ability to leverage AI for process optimization. We offer a hybrid setup (2 days remote, 3 days in-office after 3 months), a Digital Nomad Program with 20 travel days post-year one, and a dedicated travel budget. Additional benefits include a €1,500 learning budget, pension contributions, and covered travel expenses.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Law
- Strong background in financial services
- Reviewed and negotiated a high volume of third-party contracts, vendor agreements, data processing agreements, tech partnerships
- Comfortable with the regulatory landscape: GDPR, PSD2, DORA, DNB/EBA
- Used AI tools to make legal work faster and smarter, and know how to build processes around them
- Good judgment to make the call yourself, know when to push back on a contract and when to get the deal done
- Conversational Dutch (B1+ or higher)
- Subject to Pre-employment Screening (PES)
