Job Summary
As Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal support to Avolta’s travel retail and F&B operations in Switzerland, advising on all day-to-day Swiss legal and regulatory matters. Key responsibilities involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts, managing dispute resolutions, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should possess over 8 years of legal experience and an MLaw degree from a Swiss university, along with excellent drafting and communication skills in English and German.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of legal experience in a multinational corporate environment or with a top Swiss law firm (ideally a combination thereof).
- MLaw degree from a Swiss university and admitted to the Swiss bar.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in handling complex legal and regulatory matters, ideally in a cross-jurisdictional context.
- Excellent English and German drafting skills; French is a strong asset.
- Strong resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
- A flexible, solutions-oriented and commercial mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
