Job Summary
Coordinate regulatory filings, corporate governance activities, contracting processes, audits, and vendor management while supporting executive-level priorities. Prepare and submit state and federal regulatory, licensure, and corporate filings, serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies, and manage contract administration including intake, review, and tracking. Maintain corporate governance records, develop legal documentation and policies, and coordinate regulatory calendars to track deadlines across multiple states. Support audit monitoring, corrective action plans, and legal research to identify process improvements. This role offers high autonomy within the Legal & Compliance team, with an ideal starting pay of $72,500 - $90,600.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of experience in the managed care, health insurance industry, or legal field
- Associate's degree
- 7 years of experience in the managed care, health insurance industry, or legal field
- High school equivalency
- 10 years of experience in the managed care, health insurance industry, or legal field
- Proficient with various state and federal filing portals
- Advanced writing and editing skills
- Access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet
