Job Summary
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including GDPR and evolving laws, while maintaining governance structures and internal controls. Lead regulatory reporting to authorities and the board, manage third-party risk assessments under frameworks like DORA, and oversee audit follow-ups. Act as the legal and regulatory sparring partner across the organization, collaborating closely with compliance, audit, and stakeholder functions. Secure adherence to standards through active engagement with board committees and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- +5 års erfaring fra forsikringsbranchen eller den finansielle sektor
- Erfaring med finansiel regulering, compliance og governance
- Kendskab til GDPR, tredjepartsstyring og gerne DORA
- Stærk juridisk og analytisk forståelse
- Erfaring med komplekse organisationer
- Evne til at arbejde både strategisk og operationelt
- Stærke kommunikationsevner på dansk og engelsk
