Senior Legal Analyst

Job Summary
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including NDAs, Master Service Agreements, and Data Processing Agreements with internal stakeholders and vendors. Apply or design new SOPs to support commercial objectives while managing legal and regulatory risk across multiple jurisdictions. Maintain organized records of legal documents and collaborate with business units to implement legal processes, training programs, and playbooks. Assist with special projects as needed. This role reports to the Deputy General Counsel within OKX's Legal team, supporting business growth and development across all coverage areas and geographic locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college or university
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop and implement various legal processes, policies, and playbooks
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly while maintaining accuracy and sound legal judgement
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound commercial judgment
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Desired Qualifications
- a law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent)
- substantial prior law firm and/or in-house paralegal/legal analyst experience
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and with cross-border commercial agreements
- Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms (e.g. Ironclad) and e-signature tools (e.g. Docusign)
