Job Summary
Senior Lecturer/Lecturer in Hospitality, Tourism, and Culinary Management responsible for teaching and learning across modules in hospitality, tourism, culinary, marketing, communications, media, customer experience, and related business disciplines. Design and review curriculum and learning materials aligned with industry trends; implement experiential, blended, and technology-enabled learning; develop authentic assessments, case studies, simulations, and industry-based learning experiences. Lead industry engagement through partnerships, applied projects, and internships; mentor students in academic, professional, and personal development. Deliver continuing education for adult learners, support outreach and branding, and contribute to school initiatives and committees.
