Job Summary
Conduct module development and delivery for the BA (Hons) Human Resource Management programme within the College of Business and Leadership. Lead academic initiatives including module leadership, programme management, and research projects as opportunities arise. Deliver instruction using expert teaching techniques while providing pastoral care, mentoring, and assessment support to tertiary students. Foster a collaborative culture of trust and mutual respect among colleagues from diverse disciplines. Required Qualifications
- A PhD in Human Resource Management or a relevant business and management subject
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

- CIPD membership/qualification, or equivalent recognised professional standing
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior researchers
- Experience in implementing processes and policies in a tertiary education environment
