Job Summary
Senior Leasing Professional leads leasing and renewal strategies to drive occupancy and revenue for a multifamily community. Responsibilities include managing the leasing team and marketing plan, engaging prospective residents via lead management software, tours and walkthroughs of apartment homes, guiding applicants through the application, tax-credit, and move-in processes, administering lease agreements and renewals, ensuring units are move-in ready, maintaining accurate resident data in Yardi and related systems, auditing files, supporting tax-credit compliance, coordinating resident events and community programs, contributing to marketing and pricing efforts, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requires strong sales, customer service, and communication skills, the ability to mentor peers, and a focus on resident satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of multifamily leasing experience
- High school education or equivalent required
- NALP or other professional certifications preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. (I-9)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Experience with leasing software and tax-credit processes
