Senior Leasing Manager

Senior Leasing Manager responsible for driving NOI and asset value growth across the Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties markets through strategic leasing, creative marketing, and strong customer relationships. Collaborates with property management, construction, and maintenance to keep buildings class-leading and customers serviced at a world-class level. Key duties include developing relationships with customers and brokers, supporting market leadership in portfolio expansion, acting as market expert on rents and conditions, leading CET meetings, managing lease budgeting and performance, delivering reporting and market insights, identifying opportunities to present Prologis Essentials solutions, and coordinating with property managers to leverage opportunities. Requires deep knowledge of market dynamics, strong negotiation and presentation capabilities, and the ability to travel; licensing in WA or ability to obtain within six months is required. Promotes technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes and participates in company-wide initiatives.
