Job Summary
Senior Leasing Consultant responsible for coordinating residential leasing operations, conducting apartment tours, staying informed on current promotions and amenities, and achieving sales goals. Collaborates with Residential team to manage leasing processes (appointments, lease preparation, signing, subleasing, filings), delivers strong customer service (greeting clients, answering calls, responding to emails), maintains accurate leasing data and reports, supports seasonal projects and staff training, and assists with daily residential payments. Requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, 2 years of sales/customer service, and a valid driver’s license; weekend work may be required.
