Job Summary
Senior Learning, Talent & Organisation Development Coordinator coordinates end-to-end delivery of learning programmes, leadership initiatives and OD interventions, managing scheduling, logistics, communications, and participant experience. Provides technical support for virtual and in-person sessions, supports facilitation and co-delivery, ensures consistency and quality across programme delivery, and administers LMS with data management for metrics and insights. Requires strong stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and a continuous-improvement mindset. The role involves global programmes with a hybrid work pattern (2 days in office, 3 days remote) within Clyde & Co's Global HR team in Glasgow.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Learning & Talent, training or Organisational Development coordination role, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programmes and priorities
- Confident working with Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive and solutions-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI desirable)
- Experience supporting the full learning cycle: design, delivery, scheduling, and evaluation
- Ability to work collaboratively within a global team and across departments
