Job Summary
Senior Learning Strategy Partner leads enterprise learning intake, manages Talent Development operating model, integrates the learning portfolio, and drives measurement aligned to business outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, translating insights into stakeholder-aligned recommendations, prioritizing and sequencing Talent Development initiatives, managing the enterprise portfolio across onboarding, leadership development, functional training, and knowledge management, and establishing data-driven evaluation and governance frameworks. Requires strong consultative partnering, cross-functional influence, ADDIE-informed governance, ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments, and familiarity with learning technologies and analytics. Master’s degree preferred; certifications in Talent Development (APTD/CPTD) strongly preferred. Travel as needed; operates in a professional office environment with hybrid/work-from-home options depending on location. Compensation includes a pay grade from $94,822.37 to $118,527.85 and comprehensive benefits.
