Job Summary
Diagnose capability needs, translate business objectives into clear learning experiences, and design instructional solutions across instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning formats. Lead end-to-end projects from stakeholder consultation and vendor evaluation to content creation, quality validation, and implementation. Produce polished assets including facilitator guides, eLearning modules, and job aids while managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder updates. Deliver program content through internal facilitators or vendors, analyze evaluation data to drive adoption and continuous improvement, and recommend strategic investments based on emerging trends.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate or undergraduate degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field
- CTDP, CPTD, or CPHR designation
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in talent development, instructional design, or a related learning role
- Portfolio of solutions delivered across multiple formats and topics
- Strong instructional design, consulting, and project management skills
- Demonstrated experience leading ADDIE from end-to-end
- Hands-on proficiency with authoring and design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Workday Learning and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and translate results into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to influence and build trust across levels and functions
- Mastery in all five core skills: Consultation, Collaboration, Learning Solution Design, Learning Content Creation, and Learning Enablement
- Curiosity and commitment to build skill in the five core skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Open to occasional travel to various locations across the country
