Job Summary
Senior Learning Program Development Specialist responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs focused on mechanical/electrical manufacturing processes. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create learning objectives. Design and develop engaging training materials including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids. Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback; make improvements. Ensure alignment with HR, production operations, and engineering, and manage budget and vendor selections to optimize resources. Ensure Boeing learning content complies with FAA, OSHA, DOD, etc. Travel up to 50% and prepare cross-functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher; experience with LMS architecture, course maintenance, and manufacturing-focused training; project/program leadership; e-learning platforms; stakeholder and executive briefings; Quality Management System and Material Review processes. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- 3+ years of experience using curriculum management and/or Instructional Systems Design methodologies, systems and tools
- Experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
- Experience in building strong business relationships and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations
- Capable of traveling up to 50% of the time
