Job Summary
Senior Learning Management Analyst responsible for end-to-end LMS administration and CSOD Galaxy configuration, including integrations with HRIS and external platforms, workflows, UAT cycles, data governance, security/compliance, reporting, and roadmap coordination. Must manage vendors and stakeholders, troubleshoot functional/technical issues, maintain documentation, and deliver HR technology initiatives. Requires hands-on CSOD configuration, API/XML/JSON/SFTP integrations, data loads, system sync, and strong SDLC/GxP experience, plus vested communication skills for global teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands-on CornerstoneGalaxy configuration
- Strong CSOD configuration experience across modules
- Experience setting up standard connectors and/or Proven expertise in integrations (API, JSON/XML, SFTP, automated file feeds)
- Understanding of HR processes (Learning, Talent Management, Performance)
- Experience with SDLC and GxP processes
- Ability to manage vendors and collaborate with IT/network/security teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting abilities
