Job Summary
Conduct training needs analysis and translate requirements into effective learning solutions to support the annual L&D plan. Implement and manage learning programs while facilitating workshops for employees and supervisory audiences. Evaluate training effectiveness using data and insights to drive continuous improvement and recommend actionable enhancements. Collaborate with the LMS team to optimize Oracle Learning Cloud utilization and manage relationships with external vendors and consultants. Lead or support L&D and organizational development projects, including change initiatives, while adhering to the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and all security practices.
