Senior Learning & Development Project Manager

Job Summary
Coordinate learning projects end-to-end, support needs analysis, and measure outcomes through SMART goals from planning to execution. Assist with event organization for in-person sessions and instructor-led virtual workshops, ensuring seamless execution. Manage learner engagement by capturing enrollments, coordinating training logistics, and tracking attendance. Maintain accurate record-keeping by managing databases and learning management systems like Workday Learning. Collect intakes and feedback, handle data entry and analysis, and prepare detailed reports to measure learning success metrics. Partner with managers and key stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify skill gaps, and optimize training program design and delivery. This role supports the development of AI-native security platforms and fosters deep engagement across global staff.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an L&D professional managing learning projects and driving training engagements
- Proficiency in developing adult learning training materials using blended methods, including eLearning, webinars, video tutorials, and presentations
- Demonstrated experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications to accelerate development or project workflows
- Proven ability to effectively prepare, deliver, and facilitate training activities and presentations for global audiences
- Exceptional English communication skills
- A degree (or active pursuit of one) in HR, Business, Education, or a related field
- Professional certifications like PMP
