Job Summary
As a Senior Learning Designer, you will contribute to innovative training projects, focusing on course architecture, competency-based approaches, AI integration, and project management. Key responsibilities include analyzing training needs, designing comprehensive learning paths, developing e-learning modules, and managing project portfolios. The role requires proficiency in adult learning principles, Articulate Storyline 360, and video editing, along with strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Mastery of Articulate Storyline 360 and video editing
- Strong knowledge of e-learning standards (SCORM) and LMS
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in project management
- Familiarity with adult learning principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
