Senior Learning Consultant, Visa University LAC

Job Summary
Drive end-to-end development and commercialization of Visa University learning solutions across assigned LAC markets by partnering with clients to diagnose skill gaps and align learning needs with business goals. Lead discovery using consulting methods, package existing curriculum into scalable AI-enabled programs, and manage go-to-market strategy including revenue targets, pipeline, and deal progress. Design and execute tailored learning strategies while tracking scorecard metrics, expenses, and margins to ensure continuous program evolution. Requires at least three days in office; role reports to LAC Visa University Head.
Required Qualifications
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree
- 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- 2 years of work experience with a PhD
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Instructional Design, Education, Technology, Data, or a related field
- master's degree
- 10+ years in learning, consulting, sales, business development, or digital transformation
- Payments experience

- Experience working across matrixed regional and global teams
- Experience leading teams and fostering development and smart risk-taking

- Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish
