Job Summary
Senior Learning Consultant role at Goodwill NCW focused on designing and evaluating instructional materials, conducting needs assessments, and developing competency frameworks to support education and development strategy. Responsibilities include designing innovative instructional materials and assessments, applying instructional design best practices, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, mentoring others, evaluating and refreshing curriculum, and ensuring compliance with regulatory or accreditation requirements. Requires collaborating with subject matter experts, conducting learning needs assessments, and driving continuous improvement across learning programs. Travel to other locations is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in education, training, and development preferred
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail
- Intermediate level competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and ability to travel to other locations
