Senior Learning and Development Consultant

Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate asynchronous, virtual, and in-person leadership development programs that link business strategies to individual and organization performance. Conduct needs assessments using professional instructional design and organization development frameworks while executing critical program management responsibilities, including logistical and administrative tasks. Use master facilitation skills to provide a holistic development experience for frontline leaders, developing relationships with key business partners and subject matter experts across the enterprise. Report to the Senior Manager, Leadership Development, with a preference for candidates within commuting distance of Penske's corporate offices in Reading, PA.
