Senior Lean Services Associate

Job Summary
Senior Lean Services Associate independently leads Lean implementation on small to mid-size construction projects, facilitates Lean planning, trains project teams in Lean practices, and coaches project-level Lean Champions and teams. The role co-leads complex planning sessions, delivers Lean, Last Planner System, and 5S training, reinforces Lean concepts through structured learning sessions, and facilitates teaming and alignment activities including partnering and collaborative design sessions. Travels to company offices, client sites, and project locations across North America to fulfill duties. Proficient in Lean philosophy, Last Planner System, CPM/Last Planner System integration; experience with Touchplan or similar tools; strong coaching, facilitation, and continuous-improvement capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
- 3-5 years of experience implementing Lean practices on construction projects
- Experience independently facilitating planning and improvement sessions
- Willingness to travel to project locations across North America for extended periods (up to 85%)
