Job Summary
Senior Lean Practitioner responsible for implementing the Boeing Production System and maturing lean practices across the F-15 Production System. Partners with BDS Program and manufacturing teams to embed Lean+ and Operational Excellence, train and implement 5S+ across the STL Site and Air Dominance Programs, and drive process-improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, safety, quality, productivity, and affordability. Leads complex improvement efforts, mentors instructors, and collaborates with internal/external stakeholders to deploy new tools, develop materials, and support business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience implementing Lean principles
- 5+ years of experience leading Lean events (AIW or VSM)
- 5+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams on projects/transitions/initiatives
