Job Summary
Facilitate interdisciplinary customer teams and lead cross-functional improvement work to drive measurable gains in customer-driven metrics. Act as a role model for Quest principles while providing training on continuous improvement methodologies and organizational development. Remove barriers to assignments, set priorities, and direct day-to-day operations through coaching and counseling of assigned members. Analyze complex data sets to interpret trends and support SMART goals for operational and quality improvements. Conduct Go & See activities to mentor employees on Quest Management System standards and engage stakeholders in PDCA processes. Develop communication plans and deliver presentations to internal teams, leaders, and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Lean Bronze or Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt or other Lean certification
- Bachelor degree in engineering, Healthcare, business, communication, organizational development or other relevant programs
- 5 years equivalent experience leading continuous improvement work in manufacturing/service or healthcare industry
- Lean, Lean Sigma, Change Management, Coaching or Project Management Certification
- 5 years' experience leading/facilitating lean transformation activities, strategic, multi-disciplinary, Value stream improvement projects and A3 thinking/problem solving

- 10 years leading and facilitating lean transformation activities, coaching leaders, strategic planning and deployment, and A3 thinking
