Required Qualifications
- 6+ years experience as a high-volume leadership recruiter providing white glove service for critical roles and engaging top tier talent
- 3+ years of client interaction experience, including working with Hiring Managers who are Executive leaders, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles and updating pipeline progress
- Experience recruiting at an agency and/or fast-paced startup, hiring leadership/executive roles for Supply Chain, Hardware, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Ability to be hybrid onsite at the Costa Mesa, CA office
