Required Qualifications
- 6+ years experience as a high-volume leadership recruiter
- 3+ years of client interaction experience with Hiring Managers at executive level
- Experience recruiting leadership/executive roles for Hardware, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain
- Ability to be hybrid onsite at the Costa Mesa, CA office
