Job Summary
Senior Leadership & Organizational Development Consultant at Baystate Health partners with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and clinical teams across the enterprise to design and deliver innovative learning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness solutions. Responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor, diagnosing organizational needs with data insights, leading initiatives such as culture transformation and leadership capability building, designing and delivering high-impact learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and blended learning strategies, facilitating workshops and retreats, guiding change management for clinical transformation and system integrations, developing change strategies and adoption metrics, supporting mergers and integrations, and defining/ tracking success metrics to inform leadership decisions. The role requires strong facilitation, consulting with senior leaders, and staying ahead of industry trends in learning, development, and OD, with a hybrid onsite requirement in Springfield, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in learning, organizational, leadership/physician leadership development (preferably within healthcare)
- Knowledge of High Reliability Organization principles a plus
- Demonstrated experience consulting with senior/physician leaders and delivering performance-based solutions
- Strong facilitation skills with diverse audiences (clinical and non-clinical leaders)
- Proven expertise in change management methodologies and OD frameworks
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Adult Learning, IO Psychology, or related discipline (Strongly Preferred)
- Professional Certifications in Human Resources, Change Management and/or Coaching desired
- Experience supporting mergers, integrations, or large-scale transformations
