Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of 100 to 150 donors through identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Conduct regular face-to-face or virtual visits to build trust-based relationships and match donor passions with University priorities. Lead gift discussions, prepare proposals, draft agreements, and close major financial commitments. Partner with board members, institutional leaders, and faculty to develop opportunities and support targeted initiatives. Track performance using Raiser Edge databases to forecast revenue and meet goals. Requires ten years of fundraising experience in higher education, proficiency with MS Office and Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, and ability to travel extensively while working evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ten+ years fundraising experience in higher education or relevant alternate experience
