Job Summary
Lead operations for Bombardier's Challenger Programs—Pre-flight & Deliveries, including developing manufacturing strategies, optimizing processes, generating detailed plans aligned with master schedules, and maintaining KPIs and director-level dashboards. Provide high-level liaison across internal teams, partners, suppliers, and customers; identify operational issues and implement action plans; coach and develop leaders, and provide indirect supervision during absences. Requires 12+ years of experience in manufacturing with at least 5 years in supervisory roles in a unionized environment, plus strong planning, organizational, and leadership capabilities; bilingual proficiency is required. Primary location: Dorval Plant 3 (Canada); role supports flexible/hybrid work policies.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a college or university degree in aeronautics, engineering, operations management or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience at Bombardier or equivalent
- At least five (5) years of supervisory experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bilingual
