Job Summary
Set the strategic vision for obtaining and managing export authorizations for the Commercial Engines and Systems business. Build and manage a team of ITC professionals while driving risk area program objectives and establishing key performance indicators. Prioritize collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely authorizations and oversee implementation of the Authorization Management SOP and digital tools. Conduct periodic control testing, partner with the ITC Executive Leader to enhance risk-management governance, and lead engagement with government officials for license submissions. Monitor regulatory updates, develop training to address knowledge gaps, and own the FLIGHT DECK implementation strategy across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college
- 10 years of professional experience in International Trade Compliance
- Associates degree with minimum of 12 years of professional experience in International Trade Compliance
- High School Diploma with minimum of 14 years of professional experience in International Trade Compliance
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in International Trade Compliance
- Ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status
- Employment contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person
- Successful completion of a drug screen
- Subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
